ABOUT GOOD MOLLY'S
We make all of our cookies from scratch, in small batches, using premium ingredients like Certified Gluten-Free & Purity Protocol Oats. We never add preservatives, emulsifiers, stabilizers, or gums.

 

WHAT ALLERGENS ARE IN YOUR FACILITY?
Our cookies are made in a GLUTEN-FREE and PEANUT-FREE facility that does process DAIRY, EGG, SOY, ALMOND, CASHEW, COCONUT, and PECAN.

DO YOUR GLUTEN-FREE COOKIES CONTAIN NUTS, DAIRY OR EGG?

• ALL of our cookies are GLUTEN and PEANUT-FREE and neither allergen is in the facility where we make our cookies.
• We do not use any nuts in our cookies other than coconut (in our dairy free cookies) but there is egg, dairy, soy, almond, cashew, coconut, and pecan in the facility.
• Our BROWN BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHUNK cookies are gluten, soy, peanut, and tree nut free but are made with real butter and egg. Please note, there is soy, almond, cashew, coconut, and pecan in the facility where we make our cookies, used in other products.
• Our OLD FASHIONED CINNAMON OATMEAL and SEA SALT CHOCOLATE LAVA cookies are GLUTEN, PEANUT, SOY, EGG, and TREE NUT FREE (other than COCONUT). Again, there is egg, dairy, soy, almond, cashew, coconut, and pecan in the facility, used in other products.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP AN ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 3 business days. Please email us at cookies@goodmollys.com if you have a time-sensitive order, especially around the holidays, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.

We usually avoid shipping on Thursdays and Fridays so orders aren't sitting all weekend in a carrier's warehouse.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship within the continental US, but not yet to Alaska or Hawaii.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship orders via ground through USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex; It depends on the destination. All sampler packs ship via USPS.

*Please note: In the summer months, when temperatures are warmer, we suggest putting the cookies in the refrigerator or freezer for 10-20 minutes once you receive them. Ingredients like coconut, chocolate, and butter can soften in the heat.

WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR COOKIES?
We don't add preservatives to our cookies, so please enjoy within 10 days of receiving them or freeze to keep fresh past that time frame.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
