There are few desserts more delicious than an apple crisp. We've made it easier - and gluten free - using our Good Molly's Apple Pie cookies.
In just minutes, you can put these apple crisps together and serve individually or in a larger dish.
To make this crumble, simply dice some apples and toss in some cinnamon, throw in a baking dish (we used mini mason jars), and crumble Good Molly’s Apple Pie with either melted butter, coconut butter or whatever you like,
over the top.
Bake for about 25 mins. You can add a little brown sugar to the crumble to make sweeter, or sprinkle flax, chia, or hemp seed for additional nutrition.
